Plans for The Oval, Bethnal Green
Welcome to the website to showcase the plans for The Oval, Bethnal Green.
The proposals will deliver shared living housing, new affordable family homes and shared internal and external amenity space, whilst retaining parts of the historic brewery building.
The site is currently run down, in a poor state of repair. Our plans for this site will not only serve to transform it and the surrounding area but will deliver vital new affordable family homes, alongside new shared-living accommodation, and employment spaces.

Community Investment Programme (CIP)
Alongside these benefits, our proposals also deliver the CIP.
Through the CIP, we have met with over twenty local charities, community groups, SMEs and social enterprises who can benefit from free use and access to the development.
Although not yet finalised, the CIP aims to grant groups the use of co-working space and shared amenity spaces including the gym, kitchens, and meeting spaces.
